Our most popular accessory, the Flat Skill-IT is fabricated from heavy 7 gauge (3/16" thick) steel and is heavily reinforced on the bottom with 1/2" SOLID square bars to keep the flat surface from warping due to the high BTU output of the DISC-IT burner. The 4 edges are also formed giving you a depth of approximately 3/4". Comes standard with DISC-IT handles or you can add custom handles to your Flat Skill-IT. Measures 19" with an internal cooking surface of 17" square. If you love breakfast you will love the Flat SKILL-IT.
